Why would my Posca pencils not work to contain the alcohol?

My Posca pencils are not containing the alcohol. What am I doing wrong?

Hello Lone, I live in USA and wasn’t sure if you knew of something similar to your Academy paper? It isn’t available for via Amazon, and if I goggled it and click on Amazon link it says it’s in another country and tells me in any other country it is sold it cannot be shipped to my house. Is there any other brand that can also give this result? I don’t know it doesn’t have it available for US but, I saw watercolor pad when I first had looked only by this brand. So unfortunate.

I've learned a lot from watching your videos. Your skill is amazing and your art is stunning!

I'm a beginner with alcohol inks. In fact someone in my alcohol ink group recommended that I watch u. I tried using the inks a couple years ago but just couldn't get it. I tried blowing thru a straw then the hand blower squeeze ball thing, lol, then I tried my air brush. Just got so frustrated after almost a year, that I stopped. Then I joined the group I'm in now n saw someone using a paintbrush !!! Had no idea u could actually paint with the inks!!! Thats when it was suggested to watch u😁. Ur work is absolutly stunning!!!! Also new to me....I had no idea u could use a glue gun for gold leafing!!! Amazing n seems much easier then the regular glue, not to mention alot cheaper! I'm excited to watch more of ur tutorials. Thank u!
